Quality
In 1994, LEITNER Group introduced a quality management system compliant with the international standard ISO 9001 and certified by SQS. LEITNER Group's quality management system is based on continuous monitoring of company processes. The objectives of LEITNER Group's quality policy have always been continuous product improvement, customer service, and the continuous improvement of employee working conditions, as well as respect for the environment. LEITNER Group put particular emphasis on welding process, which is of particular importance for quality. This manufacturing process is certified in accordance with the ISO 3834-2 standard.
Many products and components have been certified according to European and international standards. Of fundamental importance in this regard are the European Machinery Directive, the European Cableway Directive, and the European standard for the production of steel components.
With ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Systems) certification, LEITNER further meets the required legal requirements, introducing a system through which improvements in occupational health and safety are planned and implemented annually. With ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications, the management system has been transformed into an integrated management system (IMS).

Ethics
Leitner Organization and Management Model
On 20.10.2005, with updates in 2010 and 2013, LEITNER introduced its own organizational and administrative model in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/01. This concerns the administrative liability of companies to avoid certain offenses and to reduce the risk of committing an offense.
The codes of conduct contained in the organizational and management model are supplemented by the code of ethics introduced by the company, creating a comprehensive volume of internal regulations designed to disseminate the culture of ethically correct conduct and transparency within the company.
