Cement
Agudio Flyingbelt and material ropeways are the ideal solution for transporting limestone and/or clay to the production plant if there are significant environmental constraints, for exhample when opening new quarries far from existing ones or production plant.
Mining
Material ropeways are a well-known transport system in the mining industry. Today, this established solution is complemented by the Flyingbelt, a solution that combines the advantages of a cableway with those of a conveyor belt. An alternative to traditional transport systems, both as a stand-alone solution and as a solution integrated into long-distance conveyor belts.
Construction
Tunnel excavation requires the transport of large quantities of material to storage or processing areas. Agudio Flyingbelt offers the possibility of designing conveyor belt routes more efficiently, making possible routes that are impossible for traditional conveyor belts. Hydroelectric
Agudio Cablecranes have always been the best solution for dam construction in difficult-to-access areas, both for placing concrete in traditional dams and for moving belts and equipment in modern RCC dams. In this sector, the Flyingbelt can be an effective solution for transporting aggregates to the batching plant or for reservoir maintenance. Inclined funiculars and cableways are often used as easy and fast transportation systems to reach top valves house where there is no road.
Logistics
Agudio ropeways can be integrated into intralogistics networks where medium-distance transport is required, such as between warehouses and production facilities. Using a ropeways system, rather than trucks, undoubtedly offers significant advantages in terms sustainability of the logistic chain.
