SEIK is currently involved in a major project in Nepal, where a material ropeway is being built to support the construction of the future LEITNER GD8 Jalpadevi gondola.
The cableway provides key support for site logistics, enabling the transport of materials and equipment across the challenging Himalayan terrain, where conventional transport links are of limited use.
The project provides concrete evidence of how material ropeways can make a strategic contribution to the construction of major infrastructure in mountainous and hard-to-reach areas.
